These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client” or “You”) and Redefined Consult Ltd (“Redefined Consult” or “We” or “Us”), an international education recruitment outfit, governing the use of our services. By engaging with Redefined Consult or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services
1.1 Redefined Consult provides international education recruitment services to assist clients in their pursuit of educational opportunities abroad and entertainment business. Our services include but are not limited to, providing guidance, and advice, and facilitating the application and admission process to educational institutions and music promotions.
1.2 Redefined Consult acts as an intermediary between clients and educational institutions. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided, we do not guarantee admission to any particular educational institution or the accuracy of the information provided by the institutions.
Client Responsibilities
2.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including personal, educational, and professional details required for the application process. You understand that any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application by educational institutions.
2.2 You acknowledge that Redefined Consult will use the information you provide to facilitate your application and admission process. You grant Redefined Consult the right to share this information with educational institutions and other necessary third parties involved in the application process.
2.3 You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the admission requirements, application deadlines, and other policies of the educational institutions you wish to apply to. Redefined Consult will provide guidance and support, but ultimately, the decision to apply to a particular institution lies with you.
2.4 You are responsible for the timely submission of required documents, application forms, and any other materials necessary for the application process. Redefined Consult will provide assistance and reminders, but it is your responsibility to ensure timely submission.
Payments and Refunds
3.1 Redefined Consult’s service fees are outlined in a separate agreement provided to you. You agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Payment terms and methods will be specified in the separate agreement.
3.2 Service fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Redefined Consult fails to deliver the agreed-upon services. Any refund requests must be made in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
4.1 All content and materials provided by Redefined Consult, including but not limited to documents, guides, and resources, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Redefined Consult. You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your application process but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality
5.1 Redefined Consult understands the importance of privacy and will treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to any third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
5.2 While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, you acknowledge that the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data during transmission or storage.
Limitation of Liability
6.1 Redefined Consult is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the information provided or the failure to secure admission to educational institutions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
